Basic information for interested candidates:

1. Salary 1400+ € Master (with many years of experience), several workers needed!
2. Salary €1100+ Independent tire tehnician, several workers needed!
3. Salary €800+ Junior (no experience), several workers needed!

• Guaranteed 5 months a year additional seasonal bonuses, up to over €1000 per month! (+additional benefits in certain months).
• 24 vacation days per year.

Who is the "Master"?

• Salary 1400+ € Master (with many years of experience)
• Master - is a person with many years of experience in the vulcanization business, capable of performing all vulcanization work as well as determining the cause of the problem and proposing solutions for it.
• In addition to excellent knowledge and skills for solving demanding tasks, an important trait is also the will to teach Junior.

Who is "Independent tire tehnician"?

• Salary €1100+ Independent tire tehnician
• Independent tire tehnician - is a person who has undergone training and has enough experience and skills to perform most vulcanization jobs on his own.
• 1 month, trial work with the Master, determining the level of knowledge and skills.
• 2 month, transition to independent work.
• 3 months and beyond, continuing to progress towards a higher level of knowledge. (*growth in knowledge and skills is accompanied by growth in fixed salary)

Who is "Junior"?

• Salary €800+ Junior (no experience)
• Junior - is a person interested in learning the job and progressing, (gender and age do not play a role).
  What is Junior's job?
  1 month, theory and practice with the Master.
  2 month, more practice with the Master.
  3 month, transition to independent performance of simple tasks.
  4 months and beyond, continuing to progress towards a higher level of knowledge.

What does the job of a tire tehnician with us entail?

• Lifting and lowering the vehicle with a crane.
• Removing and installing wheels on the vehicle.
• Mounting and dismounting of tires on rims.
• Wheel balancing.
• Tire damage repair.
• Replacement of valves and other related components.
• Maintaining the orderliness of the work space and equipment.
• Other supporting tasks.
